プロのスタントマンが自転車事故を再現する交通安全教室が２４日、埼玉県川口市西立野の戸塚西中学校で開かれた。

　自転車に乗る機会が多い生徒たちに、道路に潜む危険を知ってもらおうと、武南、川口両署などが企画した。

　校庭で実演されたのは、２人乗りや傘差し、イヤホンで音楽を聴きながらの運転など。生徒約８７０人と保護者らは、スタントマンが乗用車と衝突したり、自転車同士で激しくぶつかったりするたび、食い入るように見つめた。３年生の島津宙翼君（１４）は「より気をつけて自転車を運転したい」と話していた。
